Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard and value is delivered should unavoidable changes occur. Registrations are limited and will be allocated on a strictly ‘first in’ payment basis.

Admission refusal & behaviour
The organisers reserve the right to refuse any person admission to the Tourism Innovators Conference (“Event”) without assigning any reason. Delegates must, at all times, conduct themselves in an orderly manner and must not act in any manner which causes offence, annoyance or inconvenience to the exhibitors, event organisers or any visitors/delegates to the Event.

Any company, employee, agent or contractor who displays, attends, illustrates, publishes or distributes material or information, either verbally or in any form whatsoever, which is disparaging to any other company or product involved in the Event is liable to immediate removal without refund or recompense.

Promotional materials
Promotional materials may not be distributed at the Event except by event sponsors and exhibitors. Delegates violating this policy will be asked to leave the Event immediately. Delegates not exhibiting or sponsoring the Event may not promote business products or services to other conference delegates.

Photo / Recording Waiver
By registering for the event premises delegates grant permission to NewBook, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, on-line/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for NewBook and the Tourism Innovators brand. Delegates agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from NewBook in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Delegates release, discharge, and hold harmless, NewBook and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should a delegate not agree to the above image release, they must advise NewBook by contacting 07 5655 4600 or [email protected] prior to the event.
